Our Terms & Conditions explain how we provide our services, including bookings, payments, cancellations, property access, service scope, and client responsibilities. By booking a service with Floral Fresh Co., you agree to these terms.

Booking & Pricing

Please provide accurate property details when booking. Quotes are based on the information provided and may be adjusted if additional rooms, bathrooms, or services are required.

Payment

Full payment is required at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to secure your booking.

Cancellations

We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Property Access

Please ensure we can safely access your property at the scheduled time. If access is unavailable, the appointment may be cancelled.

Services Not Included

For safety and quality reasons, our standard services do not include:

  • Moving heavy furniture or appliances.

  • Hand washing dishes, loading/unloading dishwashers, or putting away dishes.

  • Laundry (washing, drying, folding, ironing, or putting clothes away).

  • Organising or decluttering personal belongings.

  • Cleaning biohazards, excessive mould, pests, or unsafe areas.

  • Working on ladders or at unsafe heights.

Service Scope

Our services are designed for regular maintenance cleaning. Deep cleaning, biohazards, excessive clutter, or tasks outside the agreed scope are not included.

Safety

Aggressive pets must be secured during the appointment. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services where conditions are unsafe.

Satisfaction

If you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review your concerns and work towards a suitable resolution.

Liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items that are not securely attached.

Cleaning Products

We exclusively use our own eco-conscious cleaning products and do not use client-supplied products.
